No, you can refer a friend to any Risewell Homes neighborhood that they are interested in across Risewell Homes’s divisions so long as such division is offering the Buyer Referral Program.
You are allowed to refer three new buyers annually. Each of your referrals that go on to purchase and close on their home will result in an additional referral fee for you, provided the homes are located in divisions offering the Buyer Referral Program. The amount of referral fee will vary by each division participating in the Buyer Referral Program.
